Website redesign for Island Express
Project overview:
When Island Express approached us, they were having problems with their website, and their contact forms weren’t working properly. The layout of the information was badly structured, and there was lots of duplicate content in their news section.
Work included:
- Design and build using WordPress
- Copywriting
- Photography – staff photos
- Reuse and fixing of their get-a-quote, and missed delivery forms
- Integrated WhatsApp chat
- Contact form: a general contact form
Ongoing services:
- Monthly maintenance to ensure that WordPress and plugins are kept up to date.
- Uptime monitoring
- Off-site backups
- Security reviews
- Content updates – since launch, we’ve carried out updates to content and added service announcements during festive periods and when there have been problems with sailings
